Job Description

TechNova Solutions is looking for a Customer Support Executive to provide timely, empathetic, and effective assistance to our customers. You will manage customer queries via chat, email, and calls, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth onboarding experiences. This role demands strong problem-solving skills, patience, and attention to detail. You’ll also collect customer feedback and collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex issues. Ideal candidates are tech-savvy, have excellent English communication skills, and are passionate about customer satisfaction. Previous experience in SaaS or call center environments is advantageous.
